A pair of Italian 17th Century-style giltwood Pricket Alter Candlesticks both having an iron bobeche on a squat gadrooned campana-form socket, acanthus-wrapped upper stem and conforming urn shaped lower stem, on a spreading triangular platform base raised on three paw feet. Most likely dating from the 18th Century.
Measuring 31 inches tall by 10 inches wide.
